Robert Lawrence Youngs, SR

Robert Lawrence Youngs, SR, 61, of Spencer, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 22, 2010, in Northbergen, New Jersey.

Youngs was born March, 8, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late Harold Lee and Muriel Irene Linegar Youngs. He was a self employed truck driver, and d a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Services were held Wednesday, January 27, 2010, in High’s Chapel, in McMinnville. Military Grave rites were held by the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion 173. Burial followed in Spencer Town Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Geer Youngs, of Spencer; three children, Robert and Pamela Youngs, JR of Sparta, Harold and Nancee Youngs of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Wendy and Mick Shuran of Tullahoma; two grandchildren, Colin Shuran and and Emilee Shuran of Tullahoma, Tennessee; mother in law, Emma Geer of Spencer and several nieces and nephews.

Youngs was preceded in death by his parents and father in law, George L. Geer.

High Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
