The following cases were heard in the Van Buren County General Sessions Court on Thursday, August 26, 2010.

In the Civil case of Joanne Johnson Shrout VS Ronald Irvine Shrout regarding an order of protection, it was not served.

In the Civil case of Patsy A. Russell VS Jeremy Howard and Nina Howard regarding a detainer, it was not served.

Cody Allen Watson appeared for violation of probation. With a plea, probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the balance of the sentence.

Miguel Hernandez appeared for violation of probation. With a plea he received 45 days to serve consecutive.

Miguel Hernandez appeared for driving under the influence (DUI) second offense and driving on a revoked license, which was dismissed. He received an 11-month, 29-day sentence 45 days, license suspended for two years, supervised probation, fine and cost.

Paige L. Call appeared for violation of probation. With a plea she was ordered to serve 60 days and probation extended for six months.

Timmy Dale Moore appeared for violation of probation. The case was continued.

Mauricio Calderon appeared for no drivers license, speeding 64mph in 55, child restraint and failure to provide proof of insurances. The cases were continued.

Virginia K. Murphy appeared for two counts of statutory rape. The cases were continued.

Brandon R. McNeece appeared for driving on a revoked license second offense. The case was continued and he received a fine for contempt.

Jeffery A. Turner appeared for public intoxication. The case was continued.

Joshua Dewayne Howell appeared for contributing to delinquency of a minor. The case was continued.

Westly Cope did not appear for a review. A show cause was issued.

James Dustin Keagle did not appear for speeding 88mp in 55 and drivers license law.

Jana Tackett appeared for speeding 75mph in 55. She received a fine and cost with a review set.

Derek Almon Bowdoin did not appear for speeding 64mph in 55.

Thomas Lee Kaulay did not appear for a review.

Evelyn Danelle Choate did not appear for speeding 54mph in 45.

Elizabeth Ann Fanaly appeared for speeding 64mph in 55. She was ordered to attend driving school.

Darryl Lee St. George did not appear for violation of stop sign.

David Wayne Stapleton did not appear for speeding 54mph in 45.

Janice Marie Steakley appeared for speeding 71mph in 45. She was ordered to attend driving school.

Jeffery Shawn Long, JR did not appear for speeding 95mph in 65.

Fidencio Santiago Ortiz did not appear for speeding 90 mph in 65, drivers license law and registration law violations.

Mercedes Martinez did not appear for speeding 90 mph in 65 and registration law violation.

John Fabian Parris did not appear for speeding 62mph in 45.
